Skins?

So all I'm focusing on at the moment is faction based skins for different kingdoms. I finished the Royal Guard and will now begin the Battered Royal Guard, adding some damage effect, mostly shadowing in certain areas, just to make him look less of a shiny. After that I'll do some footman, then grunts, then city guards, which will be at par with the grunts. All of them will have chain-mail faces, but different designs, Then I'll start doing another group, and that's how it'll go. Depending on detail skin times will vary. Please give me advice as I am quite new and also would like to meet new people :)
