How to install Minecraft Maps on Java Edition

This is SkyCross, SkyCross much like skyblock and many of the other survival maps puts you right on the spot to creating your very own island using skills like a cobblestone generator and an infinite water source. This map needs you to collect all 5 chests in order to complete every challenge, a single block misplaced and 1 or more challenges will be out of reach forever but that's not all, the clock is ticking as the base of the tower your on is set alight and slowly burns to your location. You must collect all 4 start chests in the nick of time and start building your own platform, but be warned, using too many blocks for your platform or using the wrong block could put alot of challenges in jeopardy.

SkyCross was made to work best in Single player. Because the fire starts as soon as the map is loaded, playing it on multilayer can cause difficulties in the amount of time you have, although this happens its still possible to be played with others, just be sure to get everyone to join the server as soon as its loaded not to waste precious time.

Also note that on multilayer the spawn is off, rather then being exactly on the bedrock its has a small radius so you can have faults with falling into the void constantly on death. To avoid this make sure your first made base is atleast a 5 by 5 platform around the middle spawn.

Additional Notes

Installation
Installation is simple.

Place the SkyCross folder into your .minecraft/saves folder and then launch minecraft to play.

if you using the map on a server just place in your server folder and change the server.properties to run the world SkyCross.

This is pretty interesting. You start off with the bottom of the cross on fire, and you have to survive the fire, as well as the night. Diamond.

much appreciated. iv always enjoyed maps like this and last week my brain smushed the imprint of this idea and it stuck, i just had to do it. i tested a verity of things and found a perfect combo.
