How to install Minecraft Maps on Java Edition

This is just a little map I made called "Skydiving". Basically you're in a plane and the pilots are out cold. Everybody else jumps out and you are the last one left. So what do you do? Grab a parachute and try to hit the target on the ground. The rules and points chart are in the map. Enjoy :D
