Secondly, if you are playing on a bukkit/spigot or any other modded server, please remove any plugins that could interfere with the command blocks. (I know essentials definitely does in some ways) However, if that doesn't fix the issue it might be because you are playing on a newer version of Minecraft. This map was made for 1.8 and can break in higher/lower versions.
