you need winRAR for this https://www.win-rar.com/start.html?&L=0 heres a lil guide download this map then go to your .minecraft folder (%appdata%) you can find it there then drag the map into folder called "saves" after that you need winRAR click on the map 1 time and then right click and click the button that says "extract here"(only visible with winRAR and after its done close the tabs and got to minecraft you will see it there.
