I've recently posted this on my Twitter but that version wasn't finished. This one is.
All apartments are fully furnished and are identical. There's an elevator (IronElevators Mod needed) that takes you to each floor and if this building were placed on a server featuring LWC or something similar, the doors can then be locked as if it were actually apartments.
Anything you see that can be improved?
