This is my 3th modern house.

Its a modern house with 1 bedroom, 2 bathrooms, a study/crafting room, a kitchen and a spacious living room. It also has a fountain in the garden.
There is the possibility to convert the study/crafting room to a second bedroom.
The house is completely furnished.
