After looking for a while, this should be the smallest redstone computer in
Minecraft by its volume.




About:
  This is volumetrically the smallest redstone computer.
  All of its inputs are self-contained and it can be
  operated within the bounding box of the computer
  without any need for attachments or modifications.
  It uses redstone signal strength as hexadecimal values,
  making it equivalent to a 4-bit computer.

It's similar to x86 assembly in coding. This is what C and C++ actually compile to, then it assembles the assembly, then links the output to make a .exe file, but not Java, Python, and JavaScript, because Java compiles to bytecode, which can then be interpreted, and Python and JavaScript just interpret the instructions, and that's why even when you make a .exe file with them, you still have to have the interpreter installed.
