As the title says this is the Smart Items in Minecraft VANILLA Minecraft. 

Are you tired of planting lots and lots?Are you tired of running around lots and lots but want a solution to automate? 
Finally, there is a solution for you!The Smart Items Command Is a command where you get different buffs to help you Plant and Automate planting! 

It works with command blocks and you don't need to install any mod to play with it.

What's new in 2.0 version?   

With version 2.0 there had been lots of bug fixes that help improve the glitches and gameplay.

- Fixed crops replanting problem (Not completely)
- Fixed an with crops appearing as another crop
- Fixed the problem with lag some player were experiencing.
* Crop Planting is now much more sensitive
- Fixed Crops disappear after ten seconds
