Smithtonin is a medium city that is created in 2026 as my second Canadian-based city. There are 3 areas in the city and the city is still adding more businesses in all 3 areas. You will spawn in the right area and here's what the city includes.

Right Area: Hatcher Hotel, Ford/Lincoln dealer, Poochini's Show & Fun, and Boston Pizza
Middle Area: Smiling Critters Hotel, Real Canadian Superstore, Walmart Canada, The Home Depot, Best Buy, Outlets of Smithtonin, McDonald's, Winners, Redgoose (The only one in Canada), Toys R Us, HomeSense, Indigo, SportChek, and Dollarama (The first one)
Left Area: Chevrolet/Buick/GMC/Cadillac dealer, Chrysler/Dodge/Jeep/Ram dealer, Scotiabank Theatre (The only one), and Tim Hortons
