I saw an image of something similar. I liked it and made my own version of it. Then I used MCEdit to make mine in 5 different flavors:
Prismarine, Quartz, Obsidian/NetherBick, Sandstone/Stone Bricks, and Red Sandstone/StoneBricks.
The interior's are empty so can do whatever you want to easily.
Thanks to a suggestion from Tailsoforcen, I changed the file to a zip file with the five individual towers.
