Spawn Area (Template for Server Owners)

Hi, Ive helped many server owners in the past, building RP/survival servers with spawn areas, shops etc. I could never settle in a server and play, I enjoy building these servers so I thought Id build a spawn area. A template for those wanting to start a server and wanting a spawn area already made. All they would have to do is set up the signs/rules/shop signs etc. As buildings are completed I will do a schematic for each building for those who have a spawn area and just want buildings to fill it up.

Im in full time work so my time is limited but do get on most evenings for abit if I can.

Please comment on the types of buildings/features you think I should put in the spawn area if you have any ideas, remember I plan for this to be released to people who want to run a survival/RPG server without the hassel of building a spawn area 1st, all they would have to do here is place the rules etc in the building, use showcase plugin for the market and museum or set it up to how they wish & set up market prices etc

I Won't be doing no more work to this project as it seems ok as it is as there's enough extra space for server owners to add to aswell.
