Spawn Builds

Just my various spawn builds I have been working on here and there. Use if you wish but please, give credit where credit is due.

Credits for some various builds with in the builds include the statues. They where created using the tutorials by TheEvilSketch via YouTUBE.
A big thanks goes out to Springstof for use of their tree pack. I am helpless, somewhat, when it comes to big trees. Thiers is magnificent.

Updates 1/19/19

Worked on Charmaine Manor this week. Got the solarium done with inspiration from various English gardens. One side of the inside is almost complete with Pillars and shrubs. Added apartment like areas and a store area (in which you can use it for anything else you would like because it is rather small for a main shop.) Working on the flow this week on the inside but tempted to start an English garden spawn this week as well. I have been home bound due to weather, watching a lot of Monty Don :P. Enjoy!
