Their is still a lot of work to do with my spawn for my server, but in time I can get it done.
What has been finished:
-Main player spawn building
-Community Center (For warps)
-Pillars (For opening up spawn)
-expand builder competition arena(complete)

What needs to be done
-Trade Center (Incomplete)
-Donation building(Incomplete)
-Rules building(Incomplete)
-expand builder competition arena(Incomplete)
-Create pvp,spleef,mob arenas(50%)
