This project so far has taken 11.5 hours.

My buddy Brandon told me i could make a spawn for his server, ive never made a spawn before, so i said sure and took the challenge! I started off with the corner pillars, then worked my way towards the middle. Then after finishing the Exterior of the main building i decided to start with the landscape. The landscape alone took 4.5 hours! This project is far from done but ill include a Download link after 75% completion!
(Sniper did Most interior)

Admin Shop (if no shop plugins, you can use it as aesthetics)

To anyone who is wondering the IP for the server, the server is under whitelist for TobasFrisk to build the spawn. Sorry if you were hoping to join soon.

Edit: We decide to open the server even though the spawn isn't done yet the IP is 198.24.171.42:52681
