The Star Fortress was designed to be a heavily fortified island, supposed to guard the strait leading into the mainlands.
Later on, the design was refreshed to include a plethora of glass and glass-like materials to achieve the current palacious and open space look, that not only can still be well defended, but also can welcome royalty, thanks to a small dock.

The spacious square is often used to train the troops. Near the square, an entrance to the main defensive wall can be found, connecting a set of 3 rotundas with more than capable high-distance land-to-land artillery guns mounted inside. Underneath the fortress, there are many tunnels, leading to various guarding posts and defensive stations along it's many walls. The building contains numerous floors, some of them having their own balconies. Before the wall, a trench is built, providing the beach with defensive measures, thanks to it's many bunkers.
