This is my X-Wing build. Aside from the Star Destroyer or the TIE Fighter this is probably the most iconic Star Wars vehicle of all time. It was the main star fighter for the Rebel Alliance during the Original Trilogy, opposite of the Empire's TIE Fighter. The sequels did feature an upgraded X-Wing but I consider this one the true X-Wing. This version has been given the iconic "Red Squadron" colors or the colors of Luke Skywalker's X-Wing.
