I has started, and I like where it is going already. But making the giant hexagons will be a pain in the arse.

I am not building the shit version, underwater style ancient city of atlantis in the old stories. In fact, forget the old stories. I am using the new stories. From star gate atlantis, I am building the best replica of the ancient space ship which has an entire city built together with it. With sizes that are near perfect and almost fit the correct size, this will be massive, in fact, too massive for the FOV in minecraft when on FAR. I have already started, and it is nearly 300 blocks wide, and that is just a small portion of it. I might have to make it bigger.

5% update: First room done

This will not be an exact replica of the original version of atlantis, but my own version. some parts of the old atlantis will be used though, to give it that good look. It will still be star gate themed, having it's own star gate and all.

Additional Notes

Mostly done by hand, I had to create an entire set of hexagon sizes just to make it possibel to branch of parts of the center piece. The two sides were easy. It was the four diagonals that I had to recreate by hand.

I had to enlarge the hexagon center to give myself mroe room to work and ended up having to redo the entire bottom and walls, deleting a total of 19480+ blocks.

The first room made alone holds 11,387 blocks, not counting floor and ceiling.
