Starting a server, needs your help!

Hello fellow Minecrafters!

I've been rather inactive on Minecraft lately. I'm missing the days when I used to have servers, but most of them failed.

After some reflection, its mostly that the features are outdated and people feel bored. I don't have such free time for managing the server and obviously need more staff, but after a while there were no players, and my server life ended.

Now I want to create a new server, starring you! Features, suggested by you, plugins suggested by you, admins, nominated by you!

And in order to start this server, I need your participation, and your contributions.
