then you have to tip in this /entitydata @e[type=ArmorStand,c=1,r=5] {Pose:{RightArm:[110f,0f,0f]}}
but you can change the 110f to rotate the arm. At last you have to tip in this /entitydata @e[type=ArmorStand,c=1,r=5] {Invisible:1b,Marker:1b} .
