this is the Subjugator-class heavy cruiser from the Star Wars the Clone Wars season 1 episodes 2-3-4.

The Subjugator-class heavy cruiser was a type of Dreadnought designed by Ruggle Schmong and used by the CIS, with a lenght of 4845 meters was one of the largest capital ship used by the CIS.
This model the Malevolance flagship of General Grievous Subjugator-class heavy cruiser is armed with:

• 2 Mega-ion cannons
• 500 dual turbolasers
• 400 point-defense twin light laser cannon turrets
• 10 proton torpedo launchers
• 2 heavy tractor beam emitters

The Malevolance fought in the battle in the Abregado system where, after terrorizing the Republic fleet, was discovered by Jedi Master Plo Koon. With the suport of General Skywalker and his padawan Ahsoka Tano they damaged the ship forcing it to retreat. Subsequently General Skywalker during an attempt to save Padme held hostage on the Malevolance, reprogrammed thehyperdrive causing it to crash on th Dead Moon of Antar in the Prindaar system.
