Includes the Diamond Club, 9 office towers and central spine with all balconies, elevators, offices, lobbies, gardens! Perfect for exploration or as a component for your project. I spent a lot of time replicating the smallest details correctly to work with 1 meter blocks.

The real building is part of the DREAM CITY in Surat, Gujarat, India.
The build is around 300x500x90 excluding roads. Has full interior layout and lights. There is no schematic due to the size!

My aim was to create a high quality replica using the images and sparse floor plans available. I feel that was achieved.

Build The Earth compatible:
My building is at 1:1 scale, and the real building stands at a 90 degree angle to north, meaning my build is BTE compatible.
