This is a a slightly better or worse version of the Surgeon Simulator map that I found here: minecraftmaps.org/minecraft-creation-maps/surgeon-simulator-2013-minecraft-edition/

P.S.: This is my first and probably only PMC post, and it's NEVER going to be changed.

Additional Notes

If you continue to go forward, you will eventually find a village w/ two blacksmiths. One of them has three diamonds. I don't think anybody cares though.
