It's a schematic so you have to use mcedit to paste the structure in. Easier way is to use the pastebin link in the video description though. Just copy paste this to a command block: http://pastebin.com/bATmXy80

Sadly 1.10 broke it, so you must be in 1.9 for it to work :/ I might fix it for 1.10 some day, but I don't feel like it's that important.
