This fighter requires the Spigot/Bukkit Server Plugin Movecraft to fly. The redstone will work without any mods or commands, but for the ship to move, the Movecraft plugin must be installed. The plugin along with the tutorial for it can be found here:

Features:

x2 Automatic Flaming Arrow dispensers: Used for attacking vulnerable ground targets. Controlled by the lever directly next to the comparator in the cockpit

Backstory:
The Slokovian Worker's Union set their sights on a ground assault/strafing fighter after their advancements with their other airskiff designs. They set to work upgrading their original model, stripping it of its submersible capabilities and compacting its dimensions. They also ridded it of its extra lava dispensers to allow it to be compacted. The result was a small and simple fighter much better suited for carrier and hangar bay operations than their previous models.
