I too make some TARDIS designs, take a look to my Mixed TARDIS. It's an amalgamation of 1st, fugitive, 10th, 11th, 12th and 13th doctor's TARDIS

Yep, the lights turn around and are controlled by the lever in the console and I used 3 end Crystals to make that thing in the center of the console. It even have a engine room and a lab.
