Not done but basicly made to create lots of power very fast.

Has a solar unit:DONE

Has a small fallout shelter:DONE (but i might work on it l8tr)

Nuclear Center:ALMOST DONE

Mine: has one auto miner.Not 2 complex

as soon as i joined the world it said saving chunks and logged me out sorry but its not working for me

This is really neat! I have a technic pack world, but i currently have it uninstalled due to glitchy minecraft wont let me go on my server with it installed. But when i start doing technic again. Ima try this out!
