Found this somewhere on here, forgot by whom (but it's popular enough I'm sure someone can tell me.) Make on a tekkit server, using many tekkit blocks. Super complex, and very difficult to do without creative mode! Only made it to layer 75/186.... was a good spot to finish.

One of the most more complex builds on the server.
