The Temple of Necropolis
Since the dawn of time, there have been what we now call Quarks, which, define and control the world around us.they exist in all things such as air, water,plants and animals. as humans advanced in time, many learned to manipulate these quarks. the usage of these quarks quickly became known as magic. However some found they could not, for what ever reason, use the quarks be it lack of talent or physical inability, and this lead to immediate divergence of the people. furthermore, it was soon later discovered that some people lacked the ability to control certain types of quarks over others, some quarks not at all. this lead to further divide among the people, each to their respective quarks, earth, water, nature and violence. yes, its true that some found that the power the quarks gave, allowed them great strength, and in time found it upon themselves to create spells of violence, to control,dominate, and manipulate people, sometimes for the simple reason that it was easier than asking. despite this drawback order was founded, and soon the pillar of magic was created The Pillar Of Magic, which was a basic form of government for magic arts, controlled what was known as the sorcerer's stone through use of the laws of magic, Green for earth, white for nature, purple for chaos, and blue for water. The sorcerers stone was used as a magic battery of sorts harnessing an untapped infinite amount of quarks of any capacity. The pillar of magic sought to enlighten humans in the ways of these magic laws, but equally stood to defend against evil magic threats, and those who wish to destroy the stone. things went well for many centuries and magic reached a golden age. Self regeneration, transmutation, even resurrection. All were possible through the stone during this golden age. however, there began fights over which law, could and would in time, gain the most power over the other bands, this ultimately lead the what is known as the chaos wars forcing people to fear the use of magic, and eventually magic its self. over time the chaos mages withdrew from society and began research on true strength from the stone in solitude, and in a in a glimpse he saw a flash that showed him of an old temple, as old as time, long forgotten, a sacrificial place of great power, used by the original finders of the quarks to summon great beings of power. In the same instance the stone exploded, but not before it showed him his future had he stayed a minute longer. Ducking out of the room soon before the blast, he escapes into the dark to the screams of the last chaos mages being snuffed out, in search of a long lost temple sealed away by time, for the beings of old no longer exist now do they?
