This is a small commercial development architecturally based on the dark, modern styles common in new construction at the moment around London. It was built in 2019 and has underdone several minor face lifts as my grasp of realism has increased over the years (at first it was made entirely out of wool).

It features 2 mid-rise office buildings which are 28m and 46m tall respectively, as well as a small plaza / green space, outdoor dining area and public beach front.
