The Atlantis Project!
Long ago, In a land, ruled by the seas, but commanded by men, a civilization spread throughout the sea. This civilization was the...Atlantians. The Atlantians were a simple race, who rose from their underground homes to the seafloor above, eventually expanding their empire. We see here today, the Early Empire, in which most of the Atlantians remained underground, fearing the water above. The brave few realized the importance and fertility of the ground above, and dug upward, until they breached the seafloor. Unfortunately, a tide rushed over them, killing all involved. Nothing was attempted again for 23 years, until an Atlantian by the name of Alagos, decided he had given up on underground living, and started "Project Sun" in light of the fact no Atlantian had seen the Sun. He dug and dug and dug until he breached the seafloor once more, and he was ready, he swum up and plugged the hole and swam toward to surface, using his trousers as a life raft...it was beautiful, the Sun on his pale face, the water between his toes. And then the rest of the team broke through the plughole and ascended to the surface...These were the first..true...Atlantians.
The Atlantis Project was started by me and friend, and has accumulated a couple more followers to its ranks. Id like to give credit to our main supporters and builders:Blackhawk77gGodfrey0And Ever.These players did a lot of work to allow this project to start and I thank you immensely.
The Project currently consists of the Garden District, which will be the center of the city. It consists of assorted farms and gardens in the quarters and is designed as a nice thoroughfare to the other districts. The Hawk Gates and their associated colours represent which district is through that door. Currently:
Red = RoyalGreen = MarketBlue = HousingBlack = Housing
These are subject to change if we so desire.
We are currently looking for 2-3 builders and architects who are adept at building and design. If you believe you are worthy of this position, fill out this application.
