This might be the easiest escape map you will play on, just don't overthink since the map itself tries to do so.

How to import to minecraft (Using File Manager+ for this is recommended, its on the play store):
1. Open the zip file2. Copy/move the folder and locate "Android" in "Main Storage"
3. Click the following (In Order):
-data
-com.mojang.minecraftpe
-files-games-com.mojang
-minecraftWorlds4. Paste the folder, exit the application and open Minecraft. It should be there :)

This map is DISCONTINUED however you may still play the map, its still doable.
