This is the spawn city for my server, TomianEmpire. It took a few days to construct, and was build by me and my server staff. The house are for players looking to live within the city. It comes with a bank, shop, quest guild, and Courthouse. It has it's own docks but I will not be adding the ships in the download because they were build buy an outside source. The download will be added in a while when I get around to it.

WARNING: This is a huge paste! Be at 71 Y when you paste it to get it even with your water.

Please do not use this on a live server, it was not created by you so use it for ideas and design techniques.

I have a custom terrain editor, I can create custom biomes, example, giant snow biome with big pine trees. I just edited my oceans to be bigger.

its a plugin for a multiplayer server. :( You would need a server.
