Cedar Estate is an average suburban house.
My goal for this competition was to create a detailed interior while making sure it didn't feel too cluttered.

Exterior:
I made very small changes to the landscape.
Added some wooden chairs to the front porch.
Added a backyard grill and outdoor dining area.
Added some trash bags near the garage.
Added a lawnmower behind the garage.
Living Room:
The living room was the most difficult part of the build as I struggled to include the fireplace as part of the interior layout.
Added some walls to section the living room off from the dining room and kitchen.
TV and a wide sofa is where the family can watch movies together.
Recliner facing fireplace in which one can relax and read books.
The living room is relatively empty compared to other rooms. Then again who stores random tables in the living room? My idea of a living room is a large open space.
Kitchen:
I decided to build a wooden kitchen because I felt that quartz was too commonly used. Additionally, quartz would blend in too well with the white wall.
The counter is made of polished hardwood.
The tall bar allows people to eat snacks or drink at the kitchen but doesn't take any counter space away from the cook.
Electric stoves were made by forcing a minecart with chest into a gray clay block.
Pantry is available and there is ample cabinet storage.
Dining Room:
The dining room was simple to make as the table took up most of the space.
  The table has plates set.
In the center of the table, there is a small tree and 2 candles on either side.
Cabinet for china and porcelain dishes is in the dining room.
Grandfather clock is used to tell time.
Basement:
The basement is used as storage for items that need to be stored inside. Laundry equipment is also here.
A small bar with kegs of beer/wine is used to store the alcoholic drinks.
A piano is stored in the basement since nobody wants to listen to the child playing it.
Boxes and drawers are used to store those items that nobody uses but everybody refuses to let go of.
Laundry room with shelves. Small basket for clothes in the corner. Extra sink with no mirror.
Garage:
The garage is where the father keeps his project car and other manly items. I decided to remove the access to the upper floor of the garage since the half slab layout wouldn't allow me to properly place blocks on the 2nd floor.
Small mechanic's station with metal cabinets and an old TV.
Currently, the father is repairing an engine (represent by the anvil).
Multiple metal shelves to store equipment.
I put some drawers and boxes on the second floor to give the impression that the space is being used when one looks through the garage window. In reality, this space could be accessed by bringing a ladder and opening a trapdoor in the garage ceiling.
Master Bedroom:
The master bedroom is where the father and mother of the family sleep.
Large bed to accommodate 2 people.
Small dresser (?) with mirror and shelves.
Alarm clock next to the bed.
Home Office:
The Home office contains the family's computer and most of the books. Father sometimes works from home. I choose to put a hardwood floor here to keep with the wooden aesthetic of the shelves and bookshelves.
  Ultra-wide monitor for ultimate productivity.
  Filing cabinets for papers.
  A printer to print.
An old computer is stored in the closet.
Master Bathroom:
One of the most difficult things about this room was making sure it wasn't clutter with shelves, but also not left empty.
  Shower with tub.
Scaffolding used to represent those wooden shelves in bathrooms used to store extra toilet paper and a nice plant.
Child's Bedroom:
I decided not to lower the ceiling to this room as I did with the master bedroom and home office. I'd assume the child would like the tall room.
A painted wall so the wall isn't so bland.
The desk which the child will later spend countless hours doing homework on.
A ceiling fan to fill the space.
A box for the child's toys.
  Drawer for clothes.
Other Changes:
Carved out a stairwell to the basement from the closet that was next to the half bathroom. Who wants to walk outside to get to their basement?
Added some color to the walls by adding gray clay to the lowest block of the walls.

Notes:
I used YouTube quite a lot to learn new techniques with armor stands and heads. Some of the items in the house are not of my invention (ceiling lamps, grills, etc). I tried my best to fit them into the vision I had for the house.
If you can't download the map please tell me so I can fix it before the judges show up.

I built this on 1.15.2 since anything higher wasn't allowed by the competition.
