This is a project I've started, created and intend to finish by myself.
I seek no help from any members of the Minecraft community other than your comments, support and suggestions.

The floating building is the fortress that guards the city, named Tempestr.
The city is located in the giant oceanic sinkhole underneath the fortress.
As the name suggests, the planet is constantly ravaged by lightning storms, this is the only intelligent civilization on that planet.
