This is the Northern Federation Prison. It's pretty large and plugin-protected. There are many cells for prisoners, and even some showers and an exercise yard. There is also 'Silent Hill', which is the name for the gallows on the hill. With thanks to Javasaur and Chunderfest for help with the building.
