I present you The Grand Library of Rapture, built in the city of Rapture on the Civcraft server, now available as a schematic. I designed it in November (2012), using WorldDownloader, MCEdit and Creative mode, and finished building it on the server (Survival mode) at the end of the same month. Due to the unfinished nature of the surrounding area, however, I am only releasing the library building itself.
This was my attempt at building an over-the-top landmark for the tiny city of Rapture while making use of a fortress-like terrace I had earlier built at the waterfront. Considering the limitations I set on myself - only moderate alterations to the existing terrace, keeping the old intact at least partially - I hope the result isn't all too bad.
Aside from the meeting room there, the top floor is somewhat empty because I wanted to allow the future librarians to decorate their rooms as they see fit.
