Canal Square in the heart of the city’s most vibrant new business and
cultural quarter. The Marker, will be part of the Leading Hotels of the
World® family, the largest luxury hotel collection, with more than 430
of the world’s greatest properties in over 80 countries, Leading Hotels
of the World® seek out the exceptional.
The Hotel, with its iconic architecture and interior design, will
feature a stunning ground floor cocktail bar and brasserie as its
centre-piece. The Marker’s 187 bedrooms over six floors above will
include luxurious and well-appointed bedrooms, executive suites and the
city’s most appealing presidential suite.
The Spa features four spacious treatment rooms with a designated
relaxation area, a 23 metre infinity pool with further amenities
including a large whirlpool, sauna, steam room and a fitness area that
will have designated cardiovascular equipment, resistance equipment and
free weights. The Marker’s ballroom/banqueting facilities and meetings
rooms will contain nine adaptable spaces with capacities ranging from
20-350 guests depending on use and configuration whilst its business
centre will meet the needs of all modern travellers. The Marker will
also offer valet and guest car parking in its dedicated underground car
park.
Its location in the heart of Dublin’s business district is ideal...
The Marker Bar
The relaxed and sophisticated atmosphere of a chic cocktail bar and
lobby lounge serving premium drinks and creative snacks in an evolving
environment with surprising details.
Wholesome and locally sourced Irish cuisine with world influences,
good wines and friendly service in a relaxed atmosphere, overlooking
Grand Canal Square.
The Rooftop Garden at The Marker
The Rooftop Garden at The Marker includes a bar with internal seating
and semi covered area for 73 people and total capacity for 160 people.
The design completes the architectural concept where the roof is
conceived as a “burren” rooftop landscape and garden which the hotel
guests and the visiting public can enjoy. This would continue the rock
landscape up onto and across the roof with a natural landscape of
grasses and sedum planted between to create the garden.
This garden will create a great place which will afford unrivalled
views and aspect over, the Grand Canal Square; the City; the Aviva
stadium and to the sea and the Dublin Mountains. This will provide a
unique place in Dublin, an open accessible roof terrace destination with
clear panoramic views over this part of the city..
