My 21st upload. A Small Carrack vessel: The Mini Kraken. I was really inspired by MrBeasty127 and his amazing work. So I thought I'd try build something like his, so here it is. Well, if you deleted most of the interior and the Rigging you may be able to get it working :)

I tried that to no avail. I took out some unnecessary chests, SOme of the wither heads, random things Etc. I think it's the sails that made me unable to pilot it.

Probably one of your lesser ships, to be honest. It's always hard to adapt building styles, when building different types of ship. You should probably design your ship from a set of plans. Plans help a lot with proportions and scale, which is one of the main problems with this ship. Still, a decent ship, despite it's flaws.
