Not fully tested but what you need:
Your fists
9 peices of redstone
2 repeaters
water bucket
stone slab
9 of any block
button!
First note: just follow the picture! (tnt is not included in this list but is needed to be launched)
second note: can be shrunk by removing 1 repeater, but not as effective.
third note: try to follow the instructions till all expirmentation is done, or you may just possibly die.

Ok... and note there has to be a 1 block hole between everything or else the tnt goes backwards and it goes boom!
