This is a little device that I think is the smallest timer in Minecraft. It can go as far as the max for XP is.
How it Works:
Basically it works off command blocks taking away XP from the player second by second. It's easier if you just download it. I made a little gif showing how it works, but I failed on a few of the screenshots.

Diamond and Sub if you liked it! Thank you for your support! I think this could be very useful in some custom maps where there is a time limit. Then you could see how much time you have, all the time. The only problem with it is if the map includes XP in some thing, it won't be compatible. You can make it even smaller, but I don't have the time to do that now.
