The lore:
The city consists of blocks arranged in a circle. In the middle is a giant robot. The robot has long been inactive, but about sixty years ago the robot arranged the blocks, thus forming the the city. His task was to install the blocks in the circle form. After installing the blocks, oil producers with their families came to the city. They all lived in the blocks, forming a mini society somewhere in a desert.
