This is something that I've spent some many hours on, a small part of a grander project that I hope to complete. The fence is enclosing an area in the Nether, preventing anyone from ever getting in whilst outside of it, or visa versa, short of portals. Yet they can advertently be placed to trap anyone attempting to warp in or out. The fence is very large, and intricate enough to look at, so it gives a nice vast area to build whatever, while acceding the Nether height limit of 128 to 256

The fence will work in the Overworld, however you will need a ceiling if you want it to be any good at preventing others from surmounting over it. And in process, of course, that will make everything very dark.

Specs:
2+ thick in all areas, preventing most if not all exploitations used to get the player through.
45 chunk radius roughly
Terrain will generate normally, even just outside of the fence. (with world map)
All that's in the fence is nothing, just air.

Terms of Use: You can do whatever you want with this, i don't mind.

Important: When using the schematic, disable copy air if you don't want it to replace most of your terrain with nothingness. Also, i ran into issues with importing the schematic myself, something to do with there being too many blocks. though there's a trick to getting it to work, I'm not quite sure how to replicate it. .

Side Effects: Due to all of the redstone lamps, it probably will make the world load very slow in the overworld. to conteract this i'll try to make two other schematics to use glowstone or solely bedrock instead.

I hope someone finds some use of this, hope you enjoy.

(will work on a better description and everything later)
