Instruction on Installing:
1. Download
2. Unzip The Operating Room.rar in Winrar Or any similar program
3. Goto %appdata%/.minecraft/saves
4. Drag Folder In The Operating Room (Extended).rar in the saves folder
5. PLAY!

-Added must go through Nether to continue

you dont really die just you get operated on in the operating room because you finished the test you have some substance in u that they want
