Hello everyone!

Its been a minute since my last post but i have been working on something special! I started this project more than a year ago and it has been a LOT of work but I am super proud of this so I hope you all enjoy!

This is my version of the Plaza Hotel located in New York City. This is not an exact replica but it is very much inspired by the iconic New York hotel. The original Plaza Hotel began construction in 1883 and in 1905 the original structure was demolished to make space for an even larger hotel! "The new Plaza Hotel, constructed in twenty-seven months at a cost of $12.5 million, opens its doors on October 1st 1907." In 2007, the Plaza Hotel celebrated its 100 year anniversary.

This build features a FULL INTERIOR. My version of the Plaza Hotel includes as many amenities as I possibly could from the original hotel. These amenities include: several restaurants, the Guerlain Spa, shopping center, "one of a kind" suites, and a tribute to the Eloise series of books. This build contains 146 hotel rooms, 36 private residences (two of which are penthouses), 4 restaurants, 8 luxury shops, working elevators, ball room, meeting rooms, banquet hall, indoor pool, and health club. Many of the private residence spaces were furnished by members of the Blueprint server! Applicable credits will be listed below.
