The United Earth Exploratory Corps was formed in 2030 to bring humanity into the stars via great interspacial portals, the largest known as the Reichelt Array. One of these ships was the UEES Earth's Hope, funded by the wealthy Paxnor Family and laid down in 2042. Launched a mere 5 years later, the Earth's Hope transferred people to other world, ensuring humanity's future.
