Construction began in 1987 but was halted in 1992 due to a period of economic crisis and sanctions to the country. In 2008 construction resumed, and the exterior was completed in 2011. It has a height of 330 metres and 105 floors. I'll give a download link when it's finished (just exterior).

I don't know if my version will be better or not, because it should be very similar :D Problem with this construction, in many countries Google Map doesn't work ...so it's hard to see the details closely ^_-
