This is the Saigyou Ayakashi from the game Touhou!
-Basically, the Saigyou Ayakashi is a VERY beautiful cherry tree in Hell.
-Each and every single petals on the Saigyou Ayakashi is death.
-The Saigyou Ayakashi was once in Gensokyo, and it was so beautiful that people died by looking at it, so they had to move the saigyou Ayakashi somewhre else, and that was Hell.
-They also "sealed" the Saigyou Ayakashi so it couldn't blossom, because the blossom was the reason why the people died.
-They sealed it with the Ghost Princess, Yuyuko Saigyouji's soul.
