Hey guys!

This build, called the “Sanctuary of Sonraigh” is something I started a while back, but now I’ve finally finished it. In it I tried to compare different “styles” of detail, on one side the more structural detail, on the other side the more artistic one (I decided to do this because Sonraigh means “detail” in Gaelic). Also, it is designed to be kind of a tribute to my old Build Team, which was also called Sonraigh (sadly it was closed). I’m pretty happy about the outcome, so hope you are, too!

Although this project is kinda in a finished state, I will upgrade it in the future with more structures/organics, advanced terrain or some new pics! So keep an eye on this project ;)

Some Lore
The sanctuary of Sonraigh is a very old place which already existed thousands of years BC. It is located in the Baltic Sea and was temporarily used by the Teutones and Cimbri for sacrificing people to their great god. But with the beginning of the Middle Ages, it got totally lost through a few heavy earthquakes, so the Sanctuary itself was not more than a lonely island anymore. But still, it fascinates people all over the world how these early humans were able to build such a big complex without any kind of technology. Although scientists were already able to advance multiple theories about the Sanctuary of Sonraigh, probably it will remain as a mystic place which will always know how to save his arcanum. For the people who had the luck to visit it, they won't need any theories. They will know it is a place where they can be near the foreign gods of ancient times!
