The ship Custom PVP Map

Ok So think of this have you ever played the game "The ship" it's a really fun PVP game so i thought i could some how bring it into minecraft and i cant do that alone, Thats Where you come in, I need 1) a server so we can get building 2) Redstone Mechanics, I'm ok but i'm not the best 3) BUILDERS I NEED THIS THE MOST, Beacause whats a whole bunch of redstone without a map? I need you guys to spread the word and all i have done is like a little bit of the ship so PLEASE PLEASE HELP!!!
